Your day was going well. You were full of energy and checking items off your work to-do list left and right. Then 4 p.m. hits, and you're hit with a wave of exhaustion. You realize that cookie you ate an hour ago led to a massive sugar crash. Your body is achy, you're having a hard time focusing, and you're suddenly in the grouchiest mood ever.

Instead of reaching for a cup of coffee that will keep you up all night, consider this: There are some simple, subtle yoga poses that will fill you with energy, eliminate aches and pains, and put you in a great mood—and you can do all of them at your desk.
