Vegan? Paleo? Whatever-ish? The On-The-Go Snack For Everyone

Consider this anytime snack pack your new favorite portable snack. You don’t need a lot of any one thing—a small amount of each of your favorite elements will add up to a satisfying snack with a mix of textures. You’ll feel like you’re treating yourself on a regular weekday afternoon.

Plant-Based Version:

  • 8 to 10 Simple Mills Almond Flour and Sprouted Crackers
  • A generous scoop of Kite Hill Soft Fresh Truffle, Dill & Chive cheese or Kite Hill Ricotta
  • ¼ cup 365 Everyday Value® Organic Castelvetrano Olives, jarred
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons 365 Everyday Value® Organic Kosher Dill Pickles or 365 Everyday Value® Extra Fine Cornichons French-Style Gherkins
  • ¼ cup 365 Everyday Value® Organic Walnuts or Marcona Almonds
  • A small handful of grapes, figs, or berries

Omnivore Version:

  • 8 to 10 Simple Mills Almond Flour and Sprouted Crackers
  • 3 to 4 small slices of 365 Everyday Value® Sharp Cheddar
  • 3 slices of salami or prosciutto
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons 365 Everyday Value® Organic Kosher Dill Pickles or 365 Everyday Value® Extra Fine Cornichons French-Style Gherkins
  • 1 tablespoon 365 Everyday Value® Blackberry Fruit Spread
  • A small handful of grapes, figs, or berries

Method

  1. Pick a rectangular or square container (ideally with compartments, such as a bento box) and load it up with a bit of sharp cheddar or nut-based cheese, almond flour crackers, fruit, and other elements. If you don’t have a container with compartments, place wetter items (like pickles and olives) in their own smaller container or in plastic wrap.
  2. Pack a small table or butter knife for spreading soft cheeses and jams.
