
Raspberries are full of flavor and rich in antioxidants without packing too many calories.
I love this smoothie as breakfast or as snack and it's so easy to make that I'm sure you'll love it, too.
Superfood Raspberry Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp. maca powder
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 cup filtered water
Toppings: hemp seeds, frozen raspberries and cinnamon powder.
Directions
Whiz everything in your high-speed blender until creamy.
Serve and garnish with your favorite toppings.
