5-Minute Fiber-Packed Breakfast Bowl
This is what I love eating in the morning, because it takes only a few minutes to make and will fill you up with nutritious goodness to start an amazing day! Oh, did I mention that it's absolutely delicious?
- 1/2 avocado (peeled and diced)
- 1 kiwi (peeled and diced) — optional
- 1 scoop homemade organic yogurt (you can also use kefir or any yogurt of your choice)
- 1 handful blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp. maca powder
- 1 Tbsp. mulberries
Place your avocado and kiwi in a nice bowl.
Top it off with some nice organic yogurt.
Sprinkle the rest of your ingredients on top and enjoy;)
