I love smoothies! They're an easy way to pack nutrient dense food, superfoods, supplements, and high quality protein in one jar. What's also great is that they're quick to make — perfect for those days when you don't have time to make yourself a healthy breakfast. This is one of my favorites.

- Handful of kale (stalks removed)
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 cups homemade almond milk
- 1 Tablespoon spirulina
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
This smoothie came out with a yogurt-like consistency, so I ate it with a spoon.
Add more liquid if you'd like a smoother consistency.
