The Easiest Avocado Snack You'll Ever Make

This is one of California's best exports. (And we know there are a lot of them.) 

  • Take your favorite bread, (in my case: sourdough), and toast to taste.
  • Top with 1/2 a ripe avocado.
  • Add a handfull of chopped plum tomatoes
  • Lightly salt to bring out the maximum flavors
