Luscious Summer Smoothie

I just returned from Portland, Oregon. It's home to one of my favorite restaurants ever -- Prasad. I ogled the menu and walked away in love with this smoothie that is sweet, bright and satisfying.

8 strawberries

3 dates

1 cup hemp milk

1/4 cup fresh mint

1/4 avocado

Trim strawberries and remove pits from dates. Place all ingredients in blender until smooth.
