You want to look, feel, and perform like a million bucks, but you simply don't have much time to spare in the mornings before life happens. So, what can you do to inject your body with energy and vitality, spark your metabolism, and oxygenate your body before emails, phone calls, commuting, chores, and more take over your day?

It's actually quite simple: Get into a kneeling position and do one solid minute of hyperoxygenation power breathing. That's it. You don't even need to get out of bed to do this exercise!
