Grocery shopping is an inevitable part of a good wellness routine — if you want to eat well, you have to be prepared. I find it helpful to have a list that I consistently go back to each week to make sure I cover all the bases.

I want to help make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, so I've written a grocery list template categorized by section of the store, so you can get your shopping done quickly and easily.

You can customize this list to your needs, and I recommend keeping either a physical or digital copy on hand. (I keep mine in an app on my phone.) Happy shopping!
