With a great combination of nuts that can be altered to any liking, these are high in both fiber and protein, with a super food kick. I love creating recipes that my entire family will enjoy. - ½ cup pecans
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup almonds
- 12 medjool dates
- ¾ cup dried apple slices
- 1 tbs Mila (chia)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
Place nuts in food processor or Vitamix. Pulse until the nuts become meal. Remove date pits. Add dates, apples, Mila, cinnamon and salt to the nut mixture. Pulse until blended well. Scoop out into a bowl and form into small round balls. Keep in the refrigerator. To save time you can press into an 8x8 glass pan and cut into squares.
