This easy-to-brew foot soak combines natural ingredients that can help soothe and disinfect even the most disheveled pair of feet. Epsom salt is included to encourage circulation and relieve soreness and stiffness. Honey, lime, and niaouli essential oil help discourage bacteria that causes itching and stinky feet.
DIY Pedicure Soak for Super-Soft Feet
- 1 cup Epsom salt
- 1 gallon hot water
- 1 teaspoon niaouli essential oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 fresh lime, juiced
Dissolve the Epsom salt into the hot water. In a small bowl, mix the essential oil with the honey. Add a little of the hot saltwater to the mixing bowl and stir until the honey has dissolved. Add the lime juice, then pour the mixture into a foot bath along with the remaining hot saltwater.
Soak your feet in the hot mixture for at least 15 minutes or until the water cools to room temperature. Pat dry, then follow with a scrub and pedicure.
