Micronutrients are the vitamins and minerals that our bodies need to function. We can't make them naturally, so we have to get them through food or supplements.

When treating and preventing digestive conditions, we want foods high in beneficial micronutrients like B vitamins, iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, omega-3s and vitamins A, C and D.

Choose these micronutrient powerhouses whenever possible.

*Please note, if you're having serious digestive issues, please see a medical professional.
