Beets contain compounds called betalains, initiating phase 2 liver detoxification, helping fat-soluble toxins, become water-soluble for easy removal. Nourish your body with an abundance of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and give it a helping hand to gently detoxify. This soup also includes the super-herb, cilantro, a powerful heavy metal detoxifier. Spring cleaning your diet can be both delicious and effective, so grab your spoon, and embrace the power of beets!
