5-Minute Fiber-Packed Breakfast Bowl

This is what I love eating in the morning, because it takes only a few minutes to make and will fill you up with nutritious goodness to start an amazing day! Oh, did I mention that it's absolutely delicious?

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1/2 avocado (peeled and diced)
  • 1 kiwi (peeled and diced) — optional
  • 1 scoop homemade organic yogurt (you can also use kefir or any yogurt of your choice)
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. maca powder
  • 1 Tbsp. mulberries

Directions

Place your avocado and kiwi in a nice bowl.

Top it off with some nice organic yogurt.

Sprinkle the rest of your ingredients on top and enjoy;)
