"We need a population that can access their intelligence with clarity," to solve the problems facing our world today, said Guru Jagat, leading Kundalini instructor with several more accolades to her name, at mindbodygreen's fifth annual revitalize event. It was Sunday morning, and nearly 100 guests gathered to participate in a Kundalini session led by Guru Jagat. She is an mbg Collective member; the founder of RA MA Institute for Applied Yogic Science and Technology, a yoga education center with locations in Venice, California, and Palma de Mallorca, Spain; the founder of RA MA TV; a Kundalini-class streaming service; and the best-selling author of Invincible Living, a book that gives readers practical applications of Kundalini as well as the ancient science behind it.

In the video, you'll see Guru Jagat use "sound codes," which sound like beautiful chants that, according to her, help rearrange our neural mapping in a way that's more favorable. In other words, they help us break old patterns and create room to establish new ones that, in theory, help us manage our own minds. "Your mind is the greatest computer that was ever created," she said. In addition to the sound codes, she led guests through a challenging Kundalini core workout, breathwork, and a rose-visualization meditation.
