How To Raise Your Vibration & Attract More Love Into Your Life

Most of us know that when we're looking to attract love into our lives, it's best to come from a place of wholeness, with a heart full of self-acceptance and self-love. So how do you get there?
In the wake of a challenging breakup, I began to take steps to fill myself up and learn to be my own guardian. Now, after a year of taking these steps, I genuinely feel brimming with love every day. Taking these steps to cultivate the state of "being in love" on my own has not only made me happier (which it has), but has brought tremendous changes for me in all facets of my life. I feel more attractive to the opposite sex, have many sustained moments of joy, feel more vibrant and alive and no longer worry about being single.
Luckily, there are many books and articles out there about how to feel more connected to the vibration of what we want in our lives, so we can attract the object of our desire. Even more good news: you can take certain actions to treat yourself well, and change your vibration frequency.
In other words, bringing in the right love starts with loving ourselves. Here are a few steps that can help you achieve that state.
1. Get to know the power of flowers.
Taking flower essences and remedies can elevate our energy, heal our hearts and transmit higher vibrations in our beings. Borage flower essence can lift the spirit and restore enthusiasm for love. Pearly Everlasting can help the heart to heal and forgive and create bonds for eternal love. Rose my favorite, can elevate and open the heart. Heartsease (pansy) is great for feelings of rejection, hurt and loneliness. You can combine all of these essences together for a powerful heart-healing remedy.
2. Get sensual with yourself.
Self-massage and other forms of sensually engaging with our bodies is a great way to tap into your higher vibrational frequency and feel more love in your life — almost immediately. Just because we are single shouldn’t mean we don’t get to have romantic moments and feelings of sensual bliss.
I make my bath time a ritual in love with special aromatic sea salts and essential oils. I make sure and spend time after the bath lovingly massaging oils into every area of my body. This can be almost a visualization of preparing ourselves for our future mate, and the way we want to be treated by them. Above all, this can be a ritual to enhance our radiance.
3. Feel the magic of crystals.
Certain crystals like rose quartz, malachite, morganite and amethyst can magnetize love in our environments. Placing them in particular places in our homes can help manifest the energy of love. I like to magnetize the crystals under a full moon and/or a new moon and hold them in my hands as I visualize love around me. Rose quartz invites love into your life while malachite can alleviate heartache. Morganite (also known as the pink emerald) energizes the heart chakras and the thymus.
4. Play musical mantras.
Certain mantras can be a powerful tool for clearing energy, bringing in abundance and healing the heart. At my home, I play mantras throughout the day to bring in lovely energy to my space. In Kundalini Yoga circles, So Purkhs can be played to draw in your partner, and also clear away negativity from the past. Adi Shakti is another powerful one that helps women in particular get in touch with their own power.
5. Forgive again and again.
This goes for past loves and for ourselves. Let go of the relationships that failed. Part of beginning to attract love into our lives is by starting with a fresh slate. Fostering feelings of anger and negativity don’t benefit our journey. So by engaging in practices like journaling and meditating, we can learn to forgive, deeply and sustainably. We can release old thought patterns and grievances that prevent us from moving forward.
So may you feel the love. May you be love. Then and only then will more love find you.
