I’m not a fan of New Years resolutions. I feel like it’s way too much pressure. Instead, I decide what I want to feel more of, and I work on doing more of that. It’s a no-pressure way to work on being my best all year long.

If one of your wants is to feel more energized, then food is a great place to start. What we put in our mouth has a great deal to do with how much energy we have and how we feel. Eating healthy, plant-based meals will have you going all day long without feeling like you need to crash. Check out my newest cookbook, Bold Vegan - Food for the Body and Soul, to get some inspiration.
