
We're quickly approaching the last days of Summer, so let's celebrate the season with a green smoothie recipe that uses two of summer's best seasonal treats—peaches and raspberries! Fresh, locally grown produce always tastes better, so get down to the farmer's market before Autumn arrives!
Summertime Green Smoothie
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients

- 2 bananas
- 2 peaches
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 to 2 cups kale
- 1/2 to 1 cup non-dairy milk (I prefer unsweetened almond milk)
- 4 ice cubes
Optional toppings:
- handful of raspberries
- 2 spoonfuls of dried unsweetened coconut (adds a little crunch)

Directions
Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in glasses or bowls and sprinkle with toppings.
