After eating a delicious healthy breakfast of Greek yogurt, raw honey, and berries, save a few tablespoons to make an easy face mask. Simply adding fresh lemon juice and organic argan oil will make your skin glow!

This is green beauty at its core. Unlike a face mask from bigger brand names in skin care, with this, you can eat every ingredient you put on your face. In fact, in Morocco, they use culinary argan oil for cooking because it's packed with twice the amount of Vitamin E as olive oil and contains loads of fatty acids. The difference between culinary and cosmetic argan oil is that they gently roast the argan kernels for the cooking oil. For cosmetic use, raw, organic argan kernels are cold-pressed into argan oil.

Ingredients

Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries (or any type of berry you can get from your local farmer's market), Greek plain yogurt, raw organic honey, lemon Juice and organic argan oil.

Directions

In a blender (or by hand), mix two tablespoons of yogurt, two tablespoons of organic raw honey, 1/4 cup of mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries) and one tablespoon of lemon juice until smooth. Then add five drops of argan oil to the mixture.

Application

Apply the mask to a clean, dry face. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse. Your skin will drink in the nutrients.

The argan oil contains 80% essential fatty acids, which moisturizes the face and fights free radicals along with the mixed berries, which are full of anti-oxidants. The Vitamin C in the lemon juice helps to brighten your face. Greek yogurt is packed with protein, enzymes, and zinc, which softens your skin and lightens dark spots. The raw honey is a mild exfoliate, encourages tissue growth and will seal in the moisture. If you have some of the mask left-over, pour it into a glass container and store in the fridge for up to two days.

Result

Beautiful, supple, radiant skin! Feel free to add a couple more drops of argan oil to your face and under your eyes to further moisturize during the day or night.
