Laura Lea Bryant is a certified health-supportive chef and cookbook author living in Nashville, Tennessee. Bryant graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute in 2013. Through her business, Laura Lea Balanced, she aims to dispel common misconceptions of healthy eating, with simple, comfort-food inspired recipes, and to increase awareness about the relationship between food and mental health.
Bryant’s first cookbook is the Laura Lea Balanced Cookbook: 120 Everyday Recipes for the Healthy Home Cook, and she continues to work on further books.
