Mario Roxas, N.D.
Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine
Mario Roxas, N.D. received his doctorate in naturopathic medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine(NUNM) in Portland, Oregon. After graduation, Mario completed his residency in family medicine at NUNM, and then went on to private practice with focuses on family medicine, clinical nutrition, and community health. He joined the Medical Affairs team at Thorne Research in 2005, and has been involved in clinical research, business development, product formulation, and professional education and support. He currently serves as Director of Research & Development.
In addition, Mario lectures to patients and practitioners on various aspects of clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, and other aspects of wellness and naturopathic therapeutics. Mario has contributed articles and monographs to the Medline-indexed, Alternative Medicine Review.
