Here's the recipe for my Chocolate Banana Smoothie. It's delicious and pretty easy to make. Today I'm using rice milk, but you can use any milk you want:


Chocolate Banana Smoothie

1 cup milk (hemp, rice, almond)

1 banana

1 scoop APS COMPLETE Grass Fed Whey protein - Bavarian Chocolate flavor

6 ice cubes

Blend away!
