Jen Ator

Jen Ator is a Colorado-based writer and editor with 15 years of experience working in the health and fitness space. She is the former editor-in-chief of Women's Running and former fitness director of Women's Health, as well as the author of the book The Fitness Fix: Quick HIIT Workouts, Easy Recipes, and Stress-Free Strategies for Managing a Healthy Life.

She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, an Ironman and four-time marathon finisher, and enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling in her free time.
