Having been diagnosed with celiac disease over 20 years ago, Cleveland-based Andrea Wien was gluten-free before it was cool. She has a bachelor's in both journalism and sociology from Ohio University, and now helps people kick their sugar habits and integrate whole, nutrient-dense foods into their lives.
