Three months ago, I became a mom of three when our daughter Noa was born. Even though it hasn’t been easy, it’s been nothing but the best kind of adjustments, and I’m savoring every second of it.
These days, my self-care routine, like all the different transitional changes in my life, is constantly changing, too. Making sure I have my own nourishing rituals no matter what’s going on is something that’s important to me. It lets me totally give my all to my family, mentally and physically.
I’m excited to show you what a real day in our house looks like and all the super important self-care rituals that get me through it.
Some of my self-care practices are based on my lifestyle, given that I’m a raw food chef and yogi, but they are easy enough for you to sneak into your routine, no matter how hard it looks.
See why I keep a big tub of Aquaphor Healing Ointment® in every bathroom of my house and use the Aquaphor® Ointment Body Spray for a little self-care after a long day of running around. You might want to start doing the same!
