Dana Cohen, MD has been successfully practicing medicine in New York City for fifteen years. She is the Program Director for the American College for the Advancement of Medicine (ACAM), the leading voice of Integrative Medicine. She received her MD from St. George’s University School of Medicine, and completed her internal medicine residency at Albany Medical Center. The late Dr. Robert Atkins trained her in integrative medicine- a patient-focused area of practice involving an extensive amount of physician-patient communication, interview and assessment time. Dr. Cohen treats each of her patients from a holistic point of view by evaluating the whole person and not just the specific symptoms that brought him or her to the office.
