These pretty little bite-sized bits of bliss are a great pick me up snack. They are not overly sweet and definitely easy to transport.

Ingredients:

  • Crazins ½-1cup
  • Maple sugar (honey or Agave would work too) 2-3 TBSPs
  • Chopped walnuts 1-2 cups
  • Chopped Almonds ½ - 1 cup
  • Coconut Oil 1TBSP
  • Unsweetened Shredded coconut - Handful

Basically this recipe is completely to taste. Combine the ingredients and add just enough coconut oil (about a tablespoon) to make the dry ingredients stick together. Form balls out of the mixture and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Put them in the refrigerator for a few hours until they are firm enough to take with you on the go.

How easy is that!? Enjoy!

Internationally celebrated yoga instructor, Lauren Rudick, has studied, taught and practiced yoga across six continents and over 40 countries. After traveling full time as a yoga teacher, doing conferences, festivals and workshops, she noticed that there was a shortage of amazing quality yoga training, so she founded Yoga Academy International, which has revolutionized the way yoga teachers are educated.

Yoga Academy International has become one of the world’s most reputable yoga institutions, being recognized for the high standard of education and the quality experience students enjoy. The aim is to take a more holistic approach to yoga which includes not only postures, alignment and anatomy, but also the ethics and philosophies of yoga, guiding students into a more heartfelt way of living. Rudick helps her students see their own light within and share it with the world with enthusiasm and confidence. When not teaching yoga or running her school, she can be found surfing, hiking, beach bumming, snowboarding, snuggling her puppy or eating ice cream.
