Raw Vegan Desert Balls

These pretty little bite-sized bits of bliss are a great pick me up snack. They are not overly sweet and definitely easy to transport.
Ingredients:

- Crazins ½-1cup
- Maple sugar (honey or Agave would work too) 2-3 TBSPs
- Chopped walnuts 1-2 cups
- Chopped Almonds ½ - 1 cup
- Coconut Oil 1TBSP
- Unsweetened Shredded coconut - Handful
Basically this recipe is completely to taste. Combine the ingredients and add just enough coconut oil (about a tablespoon) to make the dry ingredients stick together. Form balls out of the mixture and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Put them in the refrigerator for a few hours until they are firm enough to take with you on the go.
How easy is that!? Enjoy!

The aim is to take a more holistic approach to yoga which includes not only postures, alignment and anatomy, but also the ethics and philosophies of yoga, guiding students into a more heartfelt way of living. When not teaching yoga or running her school, she can be found surfing, hiking, beach bumming, snowboarding, snuggling her puppy or eating ice cream.
