As a yoga teacher, wellness blogger at Om & the City, and proud dog mama living in New York City, my home is my sanctuary. Whether I'm trying to drown out Manhattan traffic to tune in to my meditation practice, streaming my favorite soul 1970s tunes to test a yoga flow, or asking Alexa to turn on a podcast while I'm cooking, Sonos helps me take control of the big city noise and fill my home with the sounds that enhance my life. In small urban dwellings like mine, listening better truly means living better.
