Try incorporating one or all of these smoothies into your routine for an automatic, whole foods–based energy boost.
Dreamin' of Strawberries 'n' Cream
Strawberry milkshake, anyone? Only this version is filled with protein, naturally sweet strawberries, and detoxifying beets.
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 large scoop ALOHA vanilla protein powder
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 small beet, peeled
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Blend with ice. To make it sweeter, add a few dates (optional).
We love the idea of whipping this up after an early morning workout—carbs from the banana, protein from ALOHA chocolate protein powder, and healthy fats from organic peanut butter make this the ideal recovery smoothie. Plus, the shot of espresso will help keep those good post-workout vibes going until lunchtime.
