It's so simple: A yoga squat. It's a great exercise to open up your hip flexors after sitting all day. I recommend my clients get up from their desks every hour, go for a short walk, and then do a quick yoga squat. Try to do it a few times a day and you'll notice your lower back and hips will start feeling less tight.
