Tatiana Boncompagni is an editor, writer, and co-creator of The Model Trainer Method™. Her writing on fitness, beauty, health, and wellness has appeared in dozens of publications, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Marie Claire, Vogue, Self, and Town & Country. She is the author of three novels published by HarperCollins and Thomas & Mercer. Tatiana believes that all women deserve to feel happy, strong, and beautiful and that women’s fitness is—at its very core—about female empowerment. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University; is the mother of three; and loves to run, practice yoga, and cook for family and friends.
