Tamar is a recovering perfectionist, using yoga and spirituality as her preferred form of therapy. She is a clinical psychology graduate student and her dream is to incorporate yoga and mindfulness practices into substance abuse and eating disorder prevention programs for adolescent girls. She resides in Brooklyn where she practices yoga each day and plans on completing a 200-hour teacher training this summer at the Kripalu Center.
