Sara Conner is an RYT from Northern Alberta, Canada. Yoga Teacher since 2009, and a wife and Mama, Sara relishes the time she gets to practice and teach this wonderful thing we call Yoga. A believer that everyone can benefit from the practice of yoga, she teaches a wide range of styles from prenatal & kids to sweaty vinyasa flows. Drawn to a physically challenging practice herself, Sara loves watching students learn how to safely challenge themselves and break through preconceived boundaries. As BKS Iyengar said: "Penetration of our mind is the goal, but in the beginning, to set things in motion, there is no substitute for sweat."
