Samantha is a mindfulness coach and owner of Breaking Waves Mindfulness. She’s passionate about helping others to live peacefully and joyfully. She lives with her husband, two daughters, and an oversize Labradoodle. What about her own peace and joy? Yoga and meditation are pretty high on the list, as is cooking healthy food from around the world (although she’s currently a recovering chocolate addict). Being in nature and walking with the people she loves feature strongly as does retreating for a few hours (or even a day) to rest and replenish. Life is best when it’s lived simply.
