Meg Berryman is a Women's Wellbeing & Empowerment Mentor and Yoga Teacher with a passion for helping women love themselves well. Her next group program called Love Yourself Well launches in June 2017. With Masters degrees in Public Health and Gender, as well as qualifications in fitness, nutrition, yoga and Reiki, she writes at Beyond Being Well about the nexus between feminism and wellness as inspired by her own quest for wholeness. She aims, above all else, to connect, inspire and empower. She lives in country Victoria with her husband, baby daughter, her dog and her rescued chickens.
