Jonah is a student studying in Oregon, where it rains about half the year! Growing up, he was always health conscious and at a young age he started reading books about optimizing health, learning to cook wholesome meals, and by 17 he was cooking paleo-styled meals for his family! For the last five years, he has been researching and studying the role nutrition plays in how we think, feel, and act. He learned the role sleep has hormonally and how we can change our bodies internally and externally by taking care of them. As an independent researcher, he started learning and studying all information related to stress from a hormonal and spiritual standpoint.
