Do you believe that your thoughts or your circumstances create your life? This session introduces you to subconscious thoughts that may be driving you to eat sugar…and stay in a cycle of compulsion.

Awareness is the birth of transformation. Dana explores how your untold stories can keep you locked into patterns of sugar addiction and how to bring them into awareness.

Once you're aware of your subconscious emotions that are driving your compulsion for sugar, you'll want to release them. Dana discusses three techniques for doing this.
