Shauna Harrison, PhD and Under Armour athlete, has devoted her life to helping people sweat; both with #SweatADay, which started as an Instagram challenge and has grown into a cultural phenomenon, and with her fitness classes all over the country. In her new class, she’ll get your body moving in dynamic ways – workout boredom will be a thing of the past! Each 20 minute session will give you great results if done alone, but if you do them all together in a week, you’ll get a full body workout, designed to maximally benefit your health! Module 1
Getting Started On Your Journey

#SweatADay started as an Instagram challenge and turned into a community. It’s all about moving in dynamic, interesting ways to fight boredom and tone your entire body.

Whether you are just beginning your sweat journey or are a seasoned sweat junkie, this series can be incorporated into your day. Modifications will be given for those who need them and the more advanced can always just add this to their existing routine.

Shauna Harrison shares her personal story of how she went from not being able to run a mile, to being an Under Armour® sponsored trainer and why she is so focused on movement.

Module 2
Your Week Of 20 Minute #SweatADay Sessions

Squats and lunges and jumps - oh my! This session focuses on leg/glute strength, but we throw in a bunch of plyometric and cardio bursts in between. Grab some dumbbells, slides and...probably an extra towel!

This session is mostly strength. You’ll get a few bursts of cardio in there, but really we’re just going to make your biceps, triceps, chest, and shoulders sore the next day.

Ever wondered how to properly warm up and cool down from a run, or how to maximize the efficacy of your time on the pavement? This session will teach you all you need to know!

This one's a little recovery for all that we did in days 1-3. Breathe and stop.

Yes, it’s 20 minutes of core. We’ll crunch, plank, and slide our way to a stronger core – which serves as a base for your entire body. You’re welcome.

A jump rope is Shauna’s secret weapon to toning her entire body. The key is in how you use it, and in this session, she teaches you all of her tricks.

You made it to the end of the week! But don’t get it twisted, you’re not quite done. Or do get it twisted - because today is all about twisting your body to flush out toxins and stretch your tired muscles.
