Module 1
Getting Started On Your Journey

Light walks you through what you’ll learn during your 14-day journey, and how you and your practice will be different at the end of it!

In this session, Light goes over who’s best suited to do this class, and the types of personalities that will be most likely to benefit from it. Spoiler: you need absolutely no pre-existing skills!

Here, you’ll get to know Light a little better before you go on this journey with him. He’ll tell you his own personal story and how he went from thinking that his mind was too busy to meditate, to being the world-renowned meditation instructor that he is today.

Module 2
Your 14-Day Meditation Journey

In this session, you’ll learn what meditation actually means and what activities or thought processes qualify. You’ll also kick off your journey with a quick, 2-minute meditation that will demonstrate just how easy meditation can be.

Here, Light will teach you a few of the tricks he’s learned during his 13 years as a meditator, including how to best keep track of time, what he eats before meditating and what he keeps near him at all times. You’ll also go through a new meditation together.

Light goes over the best way to sit during meditation, helping you run an experiment on your own body to figure out the best position for you (it’s likely not what you think!).

Ah, thoughts, arguably the trickiest part of meditating. Here, Light teaches you how to deal with the thoughts that arise, teaching you a simple mantra you can use over and over again. Then, you’ll go through a five-minute meditation together.

This session is all about how the state of your body can influence the state of your mind, which will in turn influence your meditation. Light teaches you how to balance all of these factors, so you can easily slip into a meditative state, no matter what your condition. Then, you’ll go through a meditation together.

Today, you’ll explore a new technique that will make meditation much easier – the idea of an anchor. Light will teach you exactly how to use your breath as an anchor, and lead you through a meditation to test it out.

Now that you’ve learned about anchors, you can explore a different type of anchor – a mantra. Here, Light teaches you what words work well, and how to meditate on them. Then, he’ll lead you through another meditation.

While it’s not commonly spoken of, there is a way to use meditation as a means to an end – whether you want to figure out a tough problem or change your emotional state. You do this by meditating on an intention; in this session, Light will teach you exactly how to set one before leading you through another meditation.

You’re now up to 6 minutes of daily meditation – congratulations! This session is all about the logistics of meditation – where and when to do it for it to be easiest and most effective. Then you’ll settle in for another, slightly longer meditation with Light.

Sometimes, meditation goes great, and other times, it’s plagued by interruptions and other issues. In this session, Light teaches you how to deal with anything that may come your way with ease and grace. Then, you’ll get into another meditation with him.

Sometimes meditation can bring up emotions that feel unpleasant, like anxiety. Here, Light teaches you what these emotions mean and how to best deal with them, before getting into an even longer meditation.

You’ve been meditating for 12 full days now! But how do you know if your meditations have been successful? Here, Light gets into what “success” means in meditation and how to know when you’ve achieved it.

You’re on your second to last day! Here, Light goes over some of the changes you might be feeling, and what to do if you’re still running into roadblocks. Then, you’ll meditate together.

Congratulations! You’ve made it to the last day! Hopefully, you’re meditating with ease. Here, Light goes over tips to integrate meditation into your daily routines, so you can keep your practice going even after this class is over. Then you’ll meditate together for 10 full minutes.
