
It's so great to have a few go-to recipes that are tasty and nutritious, but without all that sugar. This one is one of them! It tastes like a real sweet treat, low in sugar and high in proteins, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, calcium, iron and other important minerals.
This recipe was been inspired by my Healthy & Happy People recipe book. If you feel great eating a mostly raw or Paleo diet, then I'm sure you'll love this healthy rendition of chocolate mousse!

High Protein Creamy Raw Chocolate Mousse (Paleo Friendly)
Serves 2
Ingredients for the mousse
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup of your favorite milk
- 3 heaping tsp. hemp powder
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 heaping tsp. cacao powder
- 1 heaping tsp. maca powder
- 2 heaping tsp. tahini
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Toppings
- Cacao nibs
- Tahini
- Cinnamon

Directions
Blend everything together, except for the toppings. Top up with cinnamon, cacao nibs and fresh tahini. Enjoy!
