You'll Want To Steal Karlie Kloss' Super-Healthy Morning & Nighttime Routines

While one scroll through her Instagram will give you an idea of just how wellness-oriented Karlie Kloss is, the model and Kode With Klossy founder recently opened up about exactly what her morning and nighttime routines entail—and they're definitely habits we can get behind.

"I like to start my day with a workout and a healthy breakfast," she told Entrepreneur. "I usually work out with my trainer, Kirk Meyers, or go for a long run outside and follow that with an egg-white omelet or smoothie. I always feel energized afterward, which is great for productivity and preparing myself for the day ahead."

As for her nighttime routine, Kloss is all about connecting with family members and disconnecting from social media. "I like to unwind by FaceTiming my family, catching up on a book, or listening to a podcast as I get ready for bed. I try to stay off social media as well, so I can unplug and really invest in this me-time."

This isn't the first time Kloss has mentioned her concerted efforts to disconnect from technology. In 2016, she mentioned that she goes through periods when she completely disconnects from Instagram and social media. "I think it's important to step away for a minute and actually reconnect with people and reconnect with yourself," she said. "We live at a very fast pace, and sometimes you can lose priorities and perspectives." Amen to that!
