Here's my recipe for my Berrylicious Smoothie. It even has some greens in it and only takes a few minutes to make!
Berrylicious Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 scoop APS™ COMPLETE protein (either Veggie Berry Blast or Grass Fed Whey Vanilla)
