How Hollywood's Healthiest Really Snack

Star-power your snack with suggestions from some of our favorite eaters. Sweet or salty, warm or cool, these healthy pick-me-ups suite every palate. You never have to suffer through 3 p.m. hunger again. Snack in style.

Shailene Woodley

The Big Little Lies actress told Bon Appetit she can't get enough of fermented foods. Her go-to snacks? "My favorites are kraut and kimchi and kombucha, but the great thing about fermentation is that you can ferment just about anything. I sort of love that semi-rotten flavor, too."

Gwyneth Paltrow

With three cookbooks under her belt, Goop has a plethora of healthy snacks to pick from. One of her self-proclaimed favorites is her Beauty Seed Bar. These low-sugar granola bars are gluten-free and packed with antioxidants.

Kate Hudson

"Whenever I have almonds, I always end up eating way too many nuts," Hudson told Today. "For snacking, I'm big on cutting up vegetables and keeping them in the fridge. If they're not cut up, I don't eat them." Her favorite salsa? "I love the combination of chopped-up cucumbers, jalapeños and white onions with lemon juice. I usually make it pretty spicy."

Jennifer Aniston

The actress told People she isn't as strict as she used to be with her diet, and is all about balance. Her go-to snack if she's hungry between breakfast and lunch is a hard-boiled egg with olive oil.

Chrissy Teigen

"Seaweed sheets are my go-to for my salty chip cravings, especially wasabi-flavored ones," she told Shape. What goes on top? "I love to eat avocados with salt and pepper," Teigen says.

Tracee Ellis Ross

The black-ish star told People she has two favorite midday munches: Udi's gluten-free bread with avocado, lemon, red pepper, and salt, or a Pink Lady apple with peanut butter.

Ashley Graham

"My favorite snack is from my favorite grocery store in New York City, High Vibe—I grab Chocolate Tree chia crackers," the model told Stylecaster. What does she wash it down with? "'Green Giant' from Juice Press."
