Superfood Raw Muesli (It's Delicious!)
This is the perfect time of year to add some extra-energizing breakfasts to your morning routine. This raw muesli will leave you feeling satiated and satisfied all morning (it will also give you a ton of energy, unlike the dreaded doughnut breakfast).
Superfood Raw Muesli (vegan, gluten free, soy free )
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 kiwi, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup dried coconut
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
- Fresh almond milk
Place everything in your bowl, cover with almond milk and stir.
I’m not a fan of New Years resolutions. I feel like it’s way too much pressure. Instead, I decide what I want to feel more of, and I work on doing more of that. It’s a no-pressure way to work on being my best all year long.
