Lee Tilghman is an LA-based recipe developer and wellness obsessor. Lee's mission is to inspire others to nourish their bodies through creating healthy, delicious food and movement. Coming from a long line of chefs and foodies, Lee grew up spending her summers working on organic farms on the east coast where she learned how to grow and cook her own food and live off the land. Later, she trained at a raw vegan cafe where she discovered her love of smoothies and vegan food. Lee has since held pop-ups around LA called Granolee at Alma Restaurant and at Matchabar in NYC. She has also taught workshops at Wanderlust Yoga Festival Squaw Valley and University of Southern California.
