Laura Rosenberg is a New York-based registered dietitian and chef who specializes in Culinary Nutrition. Her philosophy is a whole foods first approach to health and wellness.
She develops recipes and classes to translate nutrition science to everyday eating. In addition to teaching students about health-supportive eating and cooking at The Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, she also teaches clinical nutrition at Suffolk Community College. She works with private clients to bring science-based nutrition to their plate with cooking classes and consultations.
