In the first module, Rich provides you with some context around the class, as he shares his personal story from sedentary, overweight, and unhappy, to a fully vegan, ultra-distance endurance athlete who is thriving in his career and life. He’ll also fill you in on the best way to take this class, and what you can expect to get out of it.

The Fundamentals Of Transformation

Life transformation is more complicated than we’re generally willing to accept. It's only by taking the time to embrace this process in its entirety that we can begin to create better trajectories. Rich explains how to power through when your transformational journey gets tough, and how things like journaling, meditation, and telling yourself a new story about who you think you are can be life-changing.

The Basics Of Setting & Achieving Goals

What is a goal? And what does it say about who you are and what is important to you? In this module, Rich will cover how to properly establish the best, most concrete goal for you, how to set yourself up for success through proper planning, and how to harness the power of the first step through consistent, small, achievable actions.

In order to reach your goals, you need to have a solid foundation when it comes to expectations, a realistic roadmap, and motivations.
