I’m an Australian expat living in Jakarta, Indonesia. I’ve followed a plant-based diet for more than half my life, and became a passionate raw foodie in 2010 after I experienced some major positive changes by adopting the raw vegan way of life. I am now a raw living food chef and coach, running regular uncooking classes and educational workshops and events in Jakarta. I also love to create and share recipes using ingredients I source locally, along with my experiences of living the raw lifestyle in Indonesia, through my website and blog, The Wellness Warung. When I am not having fun in the kitchen, you will find me either traveling around Asia, studying holistic health, playing with my cats, scuba diving, practicing yoga or taking photographs of the amazing world around me.
