Kimberly Parsons

Kimberly Parsons is a trained naturopath and chef, and owner and founder of The Retreat Cafés, an integral part of London’s yoga health and wellness revolution that offer health conscious vegetarian food at yoga studios. All her recipes are focused on holistic health, and she also caters for detox programs, and runs yoga retreats around the world.
