In this class, Lauren Roxburgh will teach you exactly how it’s done.

As an expert in alignment and structural integration, Lauren developed her methods based on years of working one-on-one with her clients, including many celebrities, professional athletes and some of the top orthopaedic surgeons in the world.

In this class you’ll find an outline of the role that fascia plays in our bodies and how it affects our alignment, posture and general wellbeing, as well as an introduction to using the foam roller. Then, we’ll get into specific short foam roller sequences that target common ‘trouble spots,’ from your neck and shoulders to lower back and hips, all the way down to your toes. Finally, you’ll get access to three unique fifteen minute workouts that are each designed to address different aspects of restoring your entire body; improving your posture, helping you to relax, and replenishing and revitalizing your entire body.

Module 1
Getting Started On Your Journey

Get to know Lauren, who will guide you through this full body restorative foam rolling class to help you de-stress and feel years younger. In this session Lo shares her personal journey to wellness and how she discovered the importance of alignment and fascia.

Lo outlines how this class can help anyone who wants to live without pain, move more freely and integrate some self-care into their lives.

Lo gives an overview of how to best use this class. You can watch the theoretical sessions, or navigate to one of the many targeted sequences to help you heal specific parts of your body that need attention, or do one (or more!) of the 15 minute workouts.

Module 2
Introduction To Foam Rolling

Lo starts you off with some theory on fascia, the role it plays in the body and how it affects our overall wellbeing.

In this session, Lo walks you through a brief history of foam rolling and the many benefits it provides. She will also help you figure out which roller is best for you.

In this session, Lo outlines how getting into your correct alignment helps your body get rid of persistent pain and work more efficiently. She also discusses how the other areas of your life often fall into ‘alignment’ too – whether that means losing weight, feeling less stressed and even resolving issues you’re having in your personal or professional life.

In this session, Lo outlines the many benefits of restoring your body and how spending more time with the foam roller helps restore your state of mind and your general wellbeing.

Module 3
How To Target Specific Body Parts With Your Foam Roller

In this session, Lo introduces her targeted sessions, short 3-4 minute foam roller sequences each designed for a specific part of your body. These are sequences you can do at home, in your hotel room while traveling or even at work when you need some quick relief. You can also combine these sequences to address several ‘problem’ areas for an overall healing workout.

This quick session was designed to get rid of neck and jaw pain.

This quick session is all about alleviating tight shoulders and sore arms!

Desk warriors – this one’s for you! This will help get rid of stubborn upper back pain.

If you’re plagued by lower back pain, this quick foam rolling session will help you get to the bottom of it in no time.

This fast session is all about your waist muscles.

It’s time to roll out your chest! Use this session to loosen up your pectoral muscles.

If you spend too much time sitting, this is the session for you. Roll out your hips and glutes while noticing how quickly your whole body feels better.

Your legs carry you around all day – isn’t it time to give them some foam roller love? This session is all about your quads and hamstrings.

Using The Foam Roller For Improved Posture

This 15 minute sequence will help you look and feel taller, plus more confident by tremendously improving your posture and alignment.

Module 5
Using The Foam Roller For Relaxation

Are you ready to chill out, unwind and roll away the day? In this 15 minute sequence Lo will help you relax your body, de-stress your mind and calm your nervous system.

Module 6
Using The Foam Roller For Restoration

This 15-minute session leads to ultimate mind and body restoration by putting emphasis on decompressing the joints, hydrating your tissue and boasting your lymphatic system.
